Early Stage Assistance Package 

  • Review property

  • Validate potential ARV

  • General advising, how to structure loans, loan types, advice on property location

  • Risk assessment

  • Will assess up to 3 properties

  • Site review of only 1 property

  • Response time immediate to within 24 hours

Instrumenting Success Package

  • Early stage + 

  • Review and provide specific feedback on proposed offer price

  • Site review of up to 2 properties

  • Negotiation assistance

  • Response time immediate to within 12 hours

Maximizing To Win (MTW) Package

  • Instrumenting Success + 

  • Hands on review of details of deal, evaluation of deal, recommendation on go or no go

  • Review of proposed offer language

  • Response to questions regarding deal to increase client confidence

  • AJ Stowall Homes recommendation on 

  • Site review of up to 3 properties

  • Closing support, recommendation of title office with maximined fees

  • Response time immediate to within 6 hours.  AJSH will prioritize MTW clients above others providing the most immediate response possible

Details of Service

  • Site review may be attended by owner of AJ Stowall Homes or one of AJ Stowall Homes agent(s)

  • There is to be no fraternizing allowed with agents of AJ Stowall Homes.  Evidence of such will result in a $1,000 hazard penalty to AJ Stowall Homes.  Ex. are requesting AJSH agents to work direct without involvement/management of AJSH
