AJ Stowall Homes, LLC is a real estate development company with a focus on
real estate rental management, and building and rehabilitating various residential and commercial properties. Our passion is new construction in revitalizing communities, and rehabilitating neglected homes transforming what exists to reveal the beauty and charm of a previously inhabited space. With a diverse portfolio of projects, we have acquired and divested, and in some cases still operate real estate projects that range from single family homes to townhomes and multi-family properties.

AJ Stowall Homes is led by Justin and Ashley Stowall. Justin is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Justin also possesses a Master of Business Administration, and a BS in Industrial Technology. As President of AJ Stowall Homes, Justin also a registered contractor in the City of Cincinnati leads the team of various trades through planning and execution holding to project scope, quality, cost and timelines necessary for on time delivery including compliance with financial institutions and required planning departments. Both Justin and Ashley have been successfully active and consistent real estate developers for over 15 years.

Ashley Stowall is a certified Human Resources Professional. Ashley possesses a Masters in Human Services and Urban Development, and a BS degree in Human Services Counseling. Vice President of AJ Stowall Homes, Ashley oversees interior design, vendor relationship management, team development and various day to day operations including material purchase, delivery, and customer service.
