General Contracting

  • Full scale development of project from ideation to completion

  • Architechutal floor plan drawings, does not include elevations or site plans

  • Option for contractor to estimate and include cost of materials, or owner to purchases materials

  • How it works – more hands off approach.  Contractor will estimate project, if awarded execute project, have regular check ins (bi-monthly) with owners, manage material delivery, procure and manage cosntruciton timelines, scope and budget
